1、 The problem that the finished sealant does not dry and solidify

1. The leakage of sealant at the bottom of the sealant will make the raw materials in the two pipes become different, resulting in uneven mixing.
2. There is a problem with the glue gun. The glue is mixed unevenly, so the glue gun must be maintained regularly.
3. The first 40mm of the seam sealant pipe just made is easy to mix unevenly and should be discarded.
2、 The problem of discoloration of the seam sealer
1. Ultraviolet radiation, rain wash and wind corrosion will cause discoloration of the seam sealer over a long period of time. If it is outdoor, * use the special outdoor seam sealer - polyurea seam sealer, which can remain unchanged for a long time.
2. The construction environment is humid, which is easy to cause the final effect of the beautiful joint to change color and turn white. Therefore, the construction environment should be kept dry, * do not work in rainy days.
3、 Color difference of seam sealants
Generally, even different batches of the same brand may have color difference. Therefore, the products of the same date shall be used as much as possible for construction in the same space. Products of different dates can be constructed in different spaces to compensate for the slight color difference of the sealant.
4、 The problem of peeling off of seam sealants
Before construction, the tile gap is too narrow, or there is dust that is not cleaned up, which will make the joint sealant bonding insecure and easy to fall off. In addition, the decorative seam material is not fully applied, which is easy to be poorly bonded, and will cause the decorative seam to fall off.
Therefore, a proper gap must be reserved before the construction of seam beautification, which is generally 3-5 mm. The effect of seam beautification will be good only if the seam cleaner and vacuum cleaner are used for cleaning.
5、 The problem that the seam sealant will produce bubbles
1. The tile gap is wet, and the material stays on the surface of the gap without entering the gap, resulting in bubbles.
2. The gap is too narrow, and the material cannot enter the gap, resulting in bubbles.
Therefore, the seams must be cleaned and kept dry before the construction of beautiful seams, which can be dried with a dryer, and the tiles should have proper seams.
